This first application, carried out by Dr. Stéphane Vignot (Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital Group), brings together the main chemotherapy protocols used in the treatment of solid tumors, including cytotoxic agents and targeted molecular therapy agents.

The summary of all the protocols classified by organ are scrollable and identifiable by a specific color code.
In each protocol form we find:
- The diagram with the doses, the mode and the rhythm of administration
- The main expected side effects with their impact
- Detailed toxicity elements, which have been reported in clinical studies and therefore correspond to a limited population of selected patients. It is understood that the tolerance profile can be substantially modified in current clinical practice
- Published bibliographic references, with for each of them the number of patients included and the number of patients treated

- The Search tab makes it easy to find the molecules used in the different protocols and in their locations identified by a color code
- Ability to select "Favorites" protocols, which are then found directly all classified by clicking on the "Favorites" tab

- Risk of nausea and vomiting according to the molecules
- Hematological toxicities
- Risk of definitive amenorrhea in women treated with anti-tumor agents
- Effects of anti-tumor agents on sperm production
- An index of molecules repeating the protocols and their location
Finally, it should be noted that some of the protocols presented contain molecules that do not have, at the date of publication of this application, marketing authorization for the indication in question. The administration schedule and the toxicity data are then provided for information purposes, pending confirmation studies or regulatory approvals.
